The precious lacquer on the cap reflects the distinctive robe Ali wore when entering the ring, while the gold-coated barrel features a textured pattern reminiscent of the boxing tape used to wrap a fighter’s hands.

A gold-coated butterfly adorns the cap, paying homage to Ali’s unforgettable words, “Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee,” and symbolising his graceful yet devastating fighting style. The pointed cone continues this theme, with four lacquered lines representing the ropes of a boxing ring, enclosing the stage on which Ali made history.

Engravings on the cone commemorate Ali’s triumph in the Rumble in the Jungle, while the cap ring records the decisive moment of victory, his eighth-round technical knockout. Further references appear on the cone to Ali’s legendary 1975 bout, the Thrilla in Manila, reinforcing the narrative of endurance, rivalry, and greatness.

To mark Ali’s second heavyweight world title, the iconic Montblanc emblem in White precious resin is adorned with the number “2.” The clip, shaped like a championship boxing belt and engraved with Ali’s name, stands as a bold symbol of victory and honor.
